Purpose of this policy

The purpose of this policy is to explain the types of information The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod may gather about you, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to change or correct, the information.

All employees of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod are required to sign a confidentiality agreement annually, pledging their individual commitment to safeguard your personal information.
